Our Story

After serving our country and traveling the world around us, we have come to the conclusion that there's no place like home. And for us, home is the Texas Hill Country. We love this land, and we love its people. That's exactly why we wanted to give something back to our community. As a result, we decided to establish Guernica Cafe in 2022. We believe in offering high-quality products, homemade syrups and treats, organic ingredients, and a welcoming atmosphere to all who stop here. Everyone who visits Guernica Cafe is family, and we look forward to serving and getting to know you.

Why Coffee?

We decided to open Guernica Cafe with a focus on amazing coffee for a few reasons.

1. It's Good for You

We're committed to taking care of our community, so what better way to do that than by offering quality coffee? Coffee can prevent certain diseases while promoting heart health and contributing to brain development.

2. It Boosts the Economy

Coffee shops are a hub of activity, and every community should have a locally-owned shop that puts money back into the local economy.

3. It Supports the Community

Coffee cafes like Guernica bring communities together. Not only do they serve as a gathering place, but they often showcase local talent and advertise local events.
